Hi Chris, I believe there’s a way to restrict accounts. For example if you don’t want me to see your Facebook posts, you can go into my profile, under the more button there should be options like unfriend, block, see friendship, restrict? I know there’s a way to take breaks from seeing posts from people you don’t want to see. I’ve never really fiddled around with any of those buttons sorry! But since Facebook and Instagram are pretty connected because they’re in the same family now I’m sure there are ways to restrict people from seeing your posts. Hope that helps.
