I'll add to what Lyne has already posted. Go to your app library which resides on the last page of your home screen. When on one of the pages of your home screen, you can get to it by doing a three finger swipe left until you hear app library. When you've reached the app library page, touch in the middle of your screen and do a three finger swipe down. This will open an alphabetized list of all the apps in your library. You can single finger swipe right to review each of them individually, use the vertical scroll bar to move among them, or use the search box at the top to find one by name.
