My mom has an iphone 10r and whenever she uses seri, the voice only comes out of the phone's earpiece, meaning the part of the phone that you raise to your ear rather than the iphone's speaker. Sometimes it will start out coming through the speaker and then switch to the earpiece in the middle of the interaction with seri. This never happens with my iphone 8. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this problem? I have looked through the settings and thus far, nothing is jumping out at me. She is running ios 14.4
