Place focus on the text thread you want to forward, single finger swipe down until you hear drag item and double tap. Swipe to the message you wish to forward to and single finger swipe down until you hear drop item and double tap. I assume this will forward the dragged thread to the target thread but I did not actually complete the process. I did try going to my Outlook email app after selecting drag on the text thread but I did not get an option to drop the dragged thread. You might try it with the native Mail app to see what happens.
