I have the Weather Network app Weather Canada app WeatherOffice app AccuWeather app, and the iPhones weather widget app. I have inquired concerning the WeatherOffice app as to whether they could have a set up where voiceover it would read the radar as well as some of the other apps such as the WeatherCAN the app. I haven’t heard anything back and the updates that I received so far, have not as yet corrected the problem at least not as far as I can tell. I guess all we can do is keep after them to see if they will make the thing more accessible that is the only place I have trouble and I’m not able to read or interpret the radar screen is in that radar mode that it reads everything.
