Sierra Blue is only available for the pro models. The regular 12 and 12 Mini has a blue color, but some have described it as a lighter blue from the dark navy blue of the iPhone 12. The description was the 13 colors had a pastel quality to them. I liked the navy blue color in the iPhone 12. It would go great with a black leather iPhone case. I want to learn more about regular 13 blue. I am oscillating between blue and midnight.
