Do Not Disturb has been moved to Settings > Focus as it is now just one of several preset focus options which are there:
Do Not Disturb Personal Sleep Work You can go into any of them or all of them and configure them to your liking or add new Focus entries, for example, if you have a particular time each day or on certain days when you have a conference call or web conference you could add one called Conference Call or Online Meeting and configure it for the time in question to not bother you with anything or allow certain apps or people to get through. This is a pretty powerful new feature and as with all such things there will be people who use it a lot and others will hardly use it at all. Another example would be the notification summary, I personally don't have much use for it, but others may think it's the best thing since the invention of the wheel.
