While locked, the first time I say hay Siri it doesn't do what I say,
but just asking unlocks the screen and it does what I say when asked again.

I checked it, and with the phone in my pocket, Hay Siri did not work; I have an
iPhone 11. Then, I got it out, went into My information and went through Siri.
It looked OK. I asked a question with it laying on the desk, and Siri responded.

With IOS15, hay Siri doesn't work on locked screen on my SE20.
Also I have to turn off vibration, which I don't want to do, or else the touch
screen goes all weird in a way I can't explain. I will get in touch with Apple
accessibility in a bit when other more pressing problems they get will die down.
