I never knew that, I just turned off the keyboard. The iOS key is the one on the right of those two little rectangle keys. That's for iOS or Mac. The one on the left is for Android/Windows.

On the Logitech K480 keyboard, F3 will bring up or hide the on-screen keyboard. Note that you need to press the IOS button on the keyboard for this to work. There are two small buttons near the upper right corner of the K480 just below the slot that can support a tablet or iPad, one for IOS keyboard mode and one for PC keyboard mode. At the moment I forget which is which. They are side by side and much smaller than the regular keys on the keyboard. Hope this helps.
