I doubt that unless the app supports the app that comes with the wearable camera. How about getting a holder designed to hold the phone with the camera facing out. Cane Travel/mobility instructors have been using various ones for a long time. Plus people using AIRA etc. Some are just a lanyard you wear around your neck that are clear or have a cut-out for the camera and you wear them at about your breastbone level. There are also wearable mounts that are like putting on a harness, that hold the phone about a foot out from your chest. I do not have any particular brand names, but search the web, Amazon, etc., and you should find something with the words hands free lanyard, or hands free phone mount, ... good luck.
