Hi. I'm not using iOS 15 yet, but I've always found the native weather app to be a pain. I use Weather Gods. It's accessible and very customizable. There are also sounds for each type of weather event, even fog. The sounds can be configured to reflect the current conditions, such as a slight breeze or a hurricane force wind. The sounds are also customizable and can be disabled easily. It's also very accurate. I get notifications twice daily about sunrise and sunset, as well as a summary of the weather at 6 AM. The summaries and sun notifications can be set up to notify you at a time of your choosing. It also has detailed moon phase as well as moon rise and set info. Call me a nerd, but I like this. I believe it is $4.99, but I seem to remember there being a trial period. The developer is very receptive to feedback and often mentions Voice Over improvements in the update summaries.
