Ri hard, Was that an actual Apple store or the "Mac Store"? I only ask because I know there are several "Mac stores" here in Oregon where we both are. We have no actual Apple store here in town, but of course, Portland being a bigger city may have both. I've found the folks at the Mac store to be very helpful when I've taken stuff in there. So I was just curious whether your dealings were with them or an actual Apple store.
