That is why I do the direct wireless transfer from the old phone to the new. I have over 12000 songs on my phone and when the transfer was pinished in under an hour they were all on the new phone. If you used iTunes with a USB cable you would have had to wait several hours for the songs to finish transfering. You may have to do a full sync with your computer to get them all on the phone. Good luck. You could also call Apple Accessibility to get some assistance if needed.
