Well and I don't think posts like these are any different. Just because people enjoy and have even become dependent on a service that others don't appreciate doesn't mean their concerns deserve to be exaggerated or ridiculed. I poke around on Facebook from time to time, and I barely noticed today's outage, but that doesn't mean I don't empathize with their loss. I would have been pretty ticked off all day if I couldn't have gotten to my email, listened to my podcasts, streamed my movies, or downloaded my books. Just as I don't criticize how others chose to spend their time, I just as soon not be criticized for what I do myself.
