Sieghard has often reminded us how to find a setting on our own when we are unsure of where it lives in the increasing number of settings on the iPhone. I forget to remind people to do this, which is really the best thing to do. This teaches you how to fish, rather than just giving you the fish.
Open settings. At the very top you hear, Settings Heading. The next item is a search field. Double tap on that and enter some part of the setting name you are looking for and 99 times out of 100, if not 100 times out of 100, you will find the setting and by double tapping on the result, you are right where you need to be to adjust it however you wish. Much faster than waiting for answers from a mailing list.
