How long has the version of Audible that is on your phone now been on it? The current version of the Audible ap requires IOS 13 or later. However, if you try to download Audible from the app store, it will give you the option of downloading the last version that was compatible with 12, or it should still do this. I have yet to sign into my account with the version it let me download onto my iphone 6, running 12.5.5, , but I just checked, and it opens. Delete the version you now have on your phone, and see if it will let you download the older version. You have nothing to lose, the version you have on there right now won't open. The last version that will run on your phone is 3.24.2. You can find out what version is now on your phone in settings, audible.
