I'm not familiar with this keyboard, but you want to hold down the control and options keys in conjunction with other keys. The control+options keys held down together is called the VO key. You can also turn on quick navigation by holding down the left and right arrow keys at the same time. This will let you do a lot without having to use the VO key. I can't seem to remember what the keyboard commands is to use VO commands. Right now when my phone is connected, I can swipe to things on my phone but I cannot activate anything with double tap gestures using the keyboard. I can type into search fields and if I use the up and down arrows I can activate the context menus but can't activate anything. I've actually even tried using space bar and the enter key as I would on a laptop keyboard but if memory serves there are actual keyboard commands to evoke VO functions when using a blue tooth keyboard.
