I am finding that with Hay, Siri, that I have to ask her something, then ask for what I want. On the second attempt, Siri works.

If I unlock the screen, it works most of the time, but when the screen is locked, it makes the sound to start talking and immediately makes the sound that it's finished and the screen returns to the locked screen.
