Hello Penny, You could set up the back tap or another gesture to bring up control center as you can now customize gestures and taps in Voiceover Settings. I would furthermore argue there is no need for any additional implementation of how you can get to control and notification center because the gestures are exactly the reverse of the gestures used for Hone and the App Switcher and from what I hear very few people who switch from phones with a home button to one without complain about these gestures after they get used to them. .

As you slide down, you will hear a faint blip. Pick up your finger, and Control Center shkuld open.
