First, I think Locations has to be running in the background all the time for this to work. Next, in the native weather app, double tap on More. Make sure that the notification to notify you when it will rain or snow is checked. Now double tap on Done to return to the weather app. Judy Thanks. Judy Hi. The weather notifications come up on both iPhones but do not show if rain is starting is so many minutes or stopping in so many minutes.
