Thank you so much for letting them know. The last time something went wrong I had a heckuva time trying to even find where to let them know. I did, but I have a feeling somebody else also did in a better place than I used. It was really hard to do because it was on a website and the website wasn’t accepting my input. Anyway, thank you so much for letting them know. Apparently they are quite responsive once they know.
