I guess that depends on your perspective and how much you walk. If you can earn $2 a month for something you do anyways and that can be easily redeemed for something you would buy anyways then $24 a year is $24 of free money. However, I am usually a bit suspicious myself when it comes to such offers where you seemingly get something for free, most such offers do come with some sort of hidden cost and reading the app desdcription in the Norwegian app store it did mention that you do have to share all sorts of stuff with them including your location and identifiers which means this is of course just another app which uses that information for targeted advertising when you later on browse the web etc.
