Have you completely shut down phone and turned it back on? Sometimes this seems to clean things up a bit for me. Dan

I can assure you that my home network is a very strong solid connection and if everything else works fine Siri should work fine but Siri is not working fine but everything else works fine so I guess I’m gonna have to do things manually now.
