Interesting. Have you gone into that setting to see if it had changed
since the update to 15? Sounds were not working for me either after I
updated to 15. When going through Settings and the new VoiceOver
items, I noticed that my preferred setting of having sounds on actions
was altered to nothing. I set it back to sounds and haven't had any
issues since.
