Hi Mark. I have not testet this in read2go, but it works in other reading apps, where I have the same problem.
If you add vertical navigation to the router and choose that option when you will have to start reading again, I hope it will work. You choose the vertical navigation in the router and press spacebar dot 6 on your braille display or one of the other commands that lets you do the command on which the router is placed.
