You could do this with Voice Dream Reader. But, Are these mp3? In any case, I'd make sure they are labeled so they show up alphabetically and then zip them up, add the zip file to Voice Dream reader and it will treat it like an album named the same as the zip file. Then you can open that zip file in Voice Dream and either just hit the play button or tap on the track name and when you wish tap on the next track name, etc. Or, try putting the recordings on your phone in the files app, that might work as well. But the way you have it now, dropbox is controlling the files.
