I actually encountered something similar. It was a tracking number for
fedex in an email message but IOS saw it as a phone number. In this case,
when clicking on it I choose copy instead of track when you hit enter on it
and deal with it that way.

Best,

Rick

Subject: VoiceOver bug concerning filenames

I appeared to have uncovered a new voiceover bug. If the file name starts
with seven numbers followed by a space and then words, voiceover treats that
filename as a telephone number and you cannot open the file as an attachment
out of an email message. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? If
so, how have you worked around it? Thank you for your help.
