You might also consider going to the page following your last home screen before resetting your home screen layout. You can do this by doing a 3 finger swipe left when on your last home screen. This will take you to your App library screen. When there, you can single finger double tap in the search box, single finger touch in the middle of the screen, and then 3 finger swipe up in the middle of the screen to get an alphabetized list of all your installed apps. You can set the rotor on headings and single swipe down to jump between the different first letter groups.
I don’t like resetting my home screen layout to show installed apps alphabetized because I like knowing the order they were installed which is the default layout. But I have over 250 installed apps so it’s nice to have different presentation options and to also have the App library list.
