I have to agree with Sieghard's comments about the original wired Apple
Earpods. In my opinion, these are one of the finest set of wired earbuds ever
produced for the price. I'll caution that superlative by saying that the
Earpods fit my ears perfectly and provide great sound and also let in ambient
sound since they don't block the entire ear canal. If you don't like their fit
in your ears, then you obviously have to look for something else. And their USA
price of $19 USD down from their original price of $38 USD is a great value
when buying directly with the Apple Store app.

I don't want to discourage anybody from buying these, but just commenting on
what you said about wired headsets not lasting too long for you, one does have
to keep in mind that a set of wired Earpods costs I think $25 or maybe even
$19.99 in the US whereas these are I think $200. This means you could buy at
least 8 sets of wired Apple Earpods for what one pair of Airpods Pro costs and
even if a wired set only lasted you 6 months (most likely it's more like a
year) then it's still a super expensive headset. I get about a year out of my
Earpods, maybe even a bit more, and I use them all the time, I wrap them around
my hand and stick them into my pocket, I wear them in bed and sometimes they
get tangled up, I often use only the ride side when listening to an audio book
and have several times bend over the sink just to drop the left side which was
over my shoulders into the water and still they work.

Subject: Just received my AirPods Pro and MagSafe charger and a 20 W adapter
that is a USB-C to lightning connection

Hello everybody I just received my AirPods Pro along with the safe mag charger
and a 20 W USBC adapter to plug the safe mag charger into so I can wirelessly
charge my phone or charge my AirPods Pro. Setting it up was extremely
straightforward and easy and right now I’ve got transparency mode enabled and
it works very well I can hear the environment around me and I tested out the
air tips and I actually decided before testing them out to take out the medium
and swap them for the smallest ones because I thought and I had a hunch that
they would be the perfect fit for me given my past experiences with putting
earbuds in my ears. When I did the fit test for the first time, the music
played in both my ears and then the screen reader read that the smallest ear
tips were the best choice for me I knew it all along though but I wanted to
make sure. I’ve also tested out the Siri features and they work extremely well
so far for me. One more thing I really Love special sound and noise canceling
as well as being able to control playback with the click of either AirPod stem
and I really do think it is quite neat how they placed the little button that
looks like a volume slider that I’ve been familiar with on wired headsets for a
long time which by the way, the wired earbuds don’t last that long with me
unfortunately but this actually works very well I am very pleased. I noticed
the MagSafe charger only charges the AirPod pros and the iPhone while it’s
connected to the adapter via the cord that it’s attached to which is fine and I
did figure out how to wirelessly charge my iPhone 8 Plus edit took some turning
of the phone around to where it looked like it was horizontal versus vertical
and I had to place it where the battery is and I actually never knew where the
battery was on this phone until it actually vibrated and I thought that was
very interesting because usually I’m used to just plugging something into the
lightning port of the phone but I thought it was cool. You’ll learn something
new every day. If I did have any sort of hearing loss I could totally recommend
this only because you’ve got the transparency mode and apparently reading the
documentation there’s a section on using them as hearing aids apparently but
since I don’t have that issue I’m not going to actually dive into it but they
do sound very clear. We should see how phone calls sound and yes I still have
my Bose frames but sometimes it’s good to have a back up just in case these are
my back up thanks for reading.
