I live in Belgium and here I cannot confirm or reproduce this bug and I am on the latest updates.

I found turning on screen recognition & tapping within the edit box activates the cursor. Once the cursor has been activated, turn off SR & proceed with editting the post. Donna A longstanding issue as far as I know, it's almost impossible to do on an iPhone and I doubt it has to do with iOS 14 or 15, but it would be something Facebook has to fix. I once tried to simply change the price of something and after 10 minutes I finally gave up, handed the phone to one of my employees with Voiceover turned off and it took him all of 10 seconds… accessibility at its finest. All you can do is bitch to Facebook about it, whether it helps I don't know, but it certainly will not help if you don't do it.
