my wife has the 14 day Freestyle libre, and the connection is NFC not
bluetooth.

The last I read anything concerning such connectivity, there is a 30 foot
limitation to retain connection. I know that if I’m using my Bluetooth
headphones and walk from one end of my home to the other I lose that
connection.
