I doubt one can get an iPhone on a cruise ship for less than at an Apple Store or from your carrier. As for getting it in other countries, I assume that in Panama they are also either not cheaper if not more expensive and then of course there is the small fact that I doubt Panama has an Apple Store. My wife is from the Philippines and while I have bought certain items there which are less expensive, an iPhone costs more there than it does here in Canada and, as I said, no Apple Store in the Philippines, either, not even in Manila with its population of around 14 Million.
