I haven't used the website for a while but it has been accessible. If it says it's down for maintenance, then it probably is, in which case the links wouldn't work.
However, I just went on the website with safari and had no problem. I signed in and looked at my account. They do seem to have made some changes. In the past, when I loaded a new page, I had to go to the search field, stop interacting with html and then interact again. Then I could proceed normally and see the specific content of the page instead of just the content that is on every page. I could also do this by going clear around but that took a while. But now i don't appear to have to do this, at least with what I've tried so far. Maybe they were working on the website. But it seems to be fine now. What browser and opperating system and screenreader are you using? Are you talking about accessing it on your phone? You really didn't specify. Also, you know you don't really have to go into a Sprint store. You could call them and get info; nobody can force you to commit to something. But the website appears here to be fine. If you are trying to do it with your iPhone, let me know and I'll try that. But actually it seems like it was easier to turn my hotspot off and on (as far as Sprint was concerned) on the phone than on the website with a browser though I did figure out how to do it both ways. -- Cheryl May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to You, Lord, my rock and my Redeemer.
