Hi, Mary.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and use Seeing AI and even Voice Dream Scanner to read displays.  Seeing AI works best on a monitor when using the short text channel, but it's been my experience that it doesn't do well with larger chunks of text.  This is where Voice Dream Scanner does a surprisingly good job. I've used it to read monitors, the LCD display on my infrared heater, and a flat screen TV.  For the monitor and the TV I turn off the flashlight first because I figure the glare would blur the image.  The larger the size, the easier it can be, especially if you have an idea where the text is appearing.

I have a few different OCR apps, including seeing AI, envision AI, and super

with one or all of these apps. I’m interested in reading a small OLED display
on a device I have. Any ideas? I have an iPhone XR, so not the latest and
greatest with LiDAR.
