A few months ago I would have told you to buy one from Plus cases. For years I have been recommending them because I loved their battery cases. However, My husband and I both had cases from them and of course after time the batteries started to swell and not charge as well. This is after a few years of use, so not a problem. We decided to order two new ones from Plus Cases since we had such good luck with several in the past. We ordered two and after about a week and a half received notification that they had been shipped. A couple of weeks later they finally arrived. Imagine our dismay when we discovered that the power buttons on both of them were defective. I wrote to them and asked to do a return. This was set up and I sent them back. Plus cases received them and said they would send new cases out right away. I received notification that the shipping info had been sent to USPS but that they had not received the package yet. That was on November 5th. The tracking info has not changed yet and Plus cases say that it was a shipping problem with the post office. They told me on the 24th that everything had been resolved and I would see tracking changes by the end of the day. There have been no changes. I asked once for my money back and will ask them again on Monday. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them to anyone. I just wanted to get this story out there in case someone else might be looking in to getting something from them. Since this happened two times, I can only assume that this has happened to other people as well.
