Right click on a message in the Junk folder. Hit j for the junk menu. Here is the options you should find. Block Sender Never Block Sender Never Block Sender's Domain (@example.com) Never Block this Group or Mailing List Not Junk Unavailable Junk E-mail Options...
If you pick Never Block this Group or Mailing List that should work.
