I think if you have a series 2 an upgrade is definitely in order. My wife and I initially bought series 2 watches, but especially for me with Voiceover running I found the watch often extremely slow and sluggish to respond especially if I was in a workout and want to Pause or Stop the workout. We ended up buying series 5 watches 2 years ago and are very happy with them, there is no comparison with respect to responsiveness and I think you would quite like a series 7 or even a series 6 watch.
