Hi Kevin, I've always done an iCloud transfer. And it's not hard to do. Just make sure that all your stuff is backed up, meaning photos contacts etc. etc., then whenever you perform the steps that somebody posted from Allan, skipping the iTunes part would definitely be the easier way. You will have all of your stuff in about 20 minutes.
