Double-tap with 3 fingers turns off Speech, not VoiceOver. (This matters
to a Braille user, and in the event that you haven't got Screen Curtain
on when others will be able to see your screen but you won't have access
to it unless using Braille. I have often wondered why these two gestures
are so akin to each other, but am not sure about a solution.)

I am a recent owner of an iPhone 13 Mini. I like the new screen
because turning on the screen Curtin significantly reduces battery
consumption. However, there’s a small problem. It seems there is a
conflict between the gesture for screen Curtin and voiceOver. When I
perform a three finger triple tap to turn on or off the screen Curtin,
voiceOver gets turned off. Is there a way to reassign one of these
gestures to something else? When I press the side button to turn on
VoiceOver, I have ended up calling 911 twice. Please help me leave
this quagmire.
