Hi List,
Unless I've missed something, I've found a Voiceover shortcoming for accessing edit mode in order to delete an app only shown in the App library. I suspect that like me, many of you have a lot of apps that are only shown in the App library as opposed to being displayed individually or in folders on your various home screens. I've found the only way to delete and app only shown in the App library is to first drag it to a home screen and then enter edit mode where it can then be deleted. This seems to require an unnecessary step and I'm surprised no option exists when single finger swiping down on an app with focus in the App library that a delete option is not presented. I should clarify that this behavior is when you are reviewing the alphabetized list of apps in the App library. If accessing the App library category folders, edit mode is available on the individual apps so a workaround is available. Before contacting Apple Accessibility about this, I thought I'd ask if my experience is the same as others on the list. Thanks in advance for your comments.
