Well I got the typical auto response saying due to high volumes of emails that 
they are not able to respond so I think what I will do is take Peter‘s 
suggestion and uninstall and then reinstall and see what happens. Nonetheless I 
did send an email to the Paramount+ team courtesy of Ken's instructions. We 
shall see what happens.
