Hi, Group. Other day I called Be My Eyes with my iPhone8 and had them a picture taken of one of my documents. Next time, when I called BME, they told that the system did not let us take the photo.
Is there something that I might have inadvertently, turned on/off or disabled/enabled? What should I look for to fix this problem, please?
