Pretty much most wireless charging uses the Qi standard including Apple, Samsung and many others. I assume the proprietary charging stand from Sonos will maybe give the Roam a bit more stability, but I rarely use the cable to charge my Roam and instead just stand it on the charging pad I use for my iPhone; of course you stand it on the side opposite from where the buttons are.
