I just used Be My Eyes with iOS 15.2 and the sound worked fine.
It is not the update that messed you up if the sound was a problem in 15.1.
It's your settings.,

I updated my phone to iOS 15.2. For some reason when I called Be My Eyes
isn’t making the dinging noise just to let you know that it’s finding somebody
to help. I was hoping when I upgraded from 15.1 to 15.2 that would be resolved
but it has not. Any suggestions? Because I’ve called Be My Eyes twice and ask
them. Meaning the volunteers.

Thanks for your assistance regarding this matter.
