This may seem obvious, but have you tried shutting your phone down and
re-starting it? Sometimes that solves strange behaviors. I do notice that the
hold music while waiting to connect with a Be My Eyes volunteer is a little
softer than the normal volume of the phone. Also, have you contacted Be My Eyes
support?

Just some thoughts.

God bless!

Subject: Be My Eyes.

I went into settings and the volume is that 87%. And I received a couple text
messages today and I heard those sounds with no problem and of course I do not
have no hearing issues either.

I tested Be My Eyes with I think it’s called I don’t remember what it’s called
but I turned it on and call Be My Eyes and did not hear anything then I turned
it back off where it was to begin with and tried it again and no success. So I
would be welcomed for more help.

Yes Be My Eyes is great. I don’t see how we managed before all these awesome
apps were invented. Also vibration is turned on as well you know like safer
ringer and alerts. So wherever it supposed to be turned on and turned on for
whichever stuff that it supposed to be.

Thanks for your assistance regarding this matter.
