Fazil, the iPhone 13 Mini uses Face Id as do all iPhones in the iPhone 11, 12 and 13 family. The only iPhones with Touch Id are the iPhone 8/8 Plus and earlier and the iPhone SE and SE 2020. There are rumors that there will be one more iPhone SE possibly in the coming March which is probably going to have the same processor as the iPhone 13 phones, it will probably support 5G, but of course will have a much less sophisticated camera and still have the virtual home button with Touch Id.
