Try rebooting your phone, then do the Its not working, bring up app switcher and close the app quickly, and see if you get the message about it working. I just deleted the app, set it all up again after downloading and after rebooting my phone, the Its not working spoke the correct message. I am going out on a limb and guessing it is going to work now.

Since then 15 has had some upgrades and so has the app. I think it stopped working after the app upgrade. I’ve verified all the notifications, I think. I only have sounds on and notifications on, but pretty much wverything else is off. I have offloading apps turned off. But when I exit from the It’s not working screen, it doesn’t come back and play the time. The app only is working when it’s in the app switcher and the screen is unlocked. I didn’t change anything after the upgrades, but it may be that I have now in trying to fix it.
