Hi Don, Just open the folder where you want to move apps out of, let's assume one is Skype. Then double tap and hold on Skype until Voiceover says "Moving Skuype". Now slide yor finger straight up the screen a good bit and Voiceover will say "Outside Social Folder" which of course is assuming the folder is called Social, it will announce whatever your folder name is. Now repat this for the second app and as soon as the folder is empty it will automatically disappear. Now your 2 apps are back on the home screen and you can move them into the other folder.
One tip, I find it is much easier to move a folder around because you nothing happens if you move a folder onto another app or folder, it would just end up next to it or above or below it. I usually move the folder right next to the app I want to move into the folder, actually left or right works or even above or below, but I put it where all I have to do is drag the app over a bit and I find that makes it a lot easier than having to drag it all the way from the op left to the bottom middle or something like that.
