It’s kind of like a podcast except it’s not a podcast it’s where athletes and musicians and activists talk about something and they walk as well it’s in the fitness app under the heading time to walk some of them are 30 minutes long some of them are 40 minutes long. It’s like walking and talking with a friend or listening to somebody talk as you walk and of course they have their favorite music as well.
Sent it makes walking fun for me at least. from my iPhone > On Jan 4, 2022, at 4:08 PM, Kay Malmquist <[email protected]> wrote: > > What is the time to walk series? > > Kay Malmquist > [email protected] > > The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be > great in whatever they want to do. > Kobe Bryant - 1978-2020 - Professional Basketball Player > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "CHELA Robles" <[email protected]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Sunday, January 02, 2022 8:32 PM > Subject: Re: My First Experience with Apple Fitness Plus via Apple Watch > > > Hey you might want to try the time to walk series.
