Yes, that was recently covered in the thread on VoiceOver speech and Bluetooth
speakers.

Open settings, Bluetooth, and on your Google Home Mini flick up to more info
and double tap.

Then, double tap on device type.

T\Flick through the options and double tap on speaker.

It may take a minute to take effect, and you may notice the VO volume on your
phone fluctuating a bit, but it should keep VO on the phone and all other audio
through the speaker.

Subject: question after pairing the blue tooth google home with your phone can
you have the audio from vo come from your phone and not the speeker?

Hi all I just tried pairing my Bluetooth from my google home mini to my phone
and vo was coming from the blue tooth speeker and not from the phone. Is there
a way where you can have the audio from vo on the phone still come from the
phone and any other audio come from the speeker? I am using a Iphone 8. From
Mich.
